Carlton Hill development

An exciting £300m scheme from Developer Mountgrange to create a commercial and cultural quarter in Edinburghs Carlton Hill is at an advanced stage. The scheme underlines what an exciting place Edinburgh is to build property right now. The scheme, backed by the City Council, would involve the construction of a 5 star hotel, a conferance centre, office and apartment blocks, cafes, bars and restaurants, and will create an estimated 1,700 new jobs. The project has been overseen by the reknown architect Allan Murray, and would join Waverley railway station and the parliament buildings.
